She did a wonderful job, however this was a move in with wall wipe down. Danika was not informed of this. The job was not completed because it required 2 people. She could only complete the kitchen, 1 small bathroom and the living room walls. It was too much work for one person.– Sheryl
I don't want to be charged for the oven cleaning since she just put it on self clean mode which I had already done I wanted the oven cleaned manually because after I had already put iron self clean mode there was ash and soot at the bottom and the door could've been actually cleaned I refuse to pay the extra oven cleaning charge for someone to push a button Also she forgot to clean the ceiling fan I asked her to clean Other than that everything looks gpod– tracy
April Cleaning Service was awesome!! They cleaned everything perfectly!! I have a back porch that was in horrible condition!! When they finished cleaning, it looked as though a miracle had happened! It is unfortunate they did not have the entire 6hrs. I booked. If or when I book again, I will insist upon this company to provide the cleaning. They were professional and friendly.– Patricia
The closet of the person moving out was not cleaned at all. The bathroom cabinets and floor were barely touched. (The person had already moved out all of their belongings) The kitchen cabinets were hardly cleaned (there were minimal items in the cabinets). The fridge was cleaned out which is appreciated. The other bedroom and bathroom were barely touched as well. The wall wash was not done, which should be included in our service. There was minimal dusting done. Top of the fridge, and fans weren't dusted. Crescent management contacted me and let me know that they were told by Cleanify that they were not expected Overall this was not a good first experience, and I would not recommend this service to a friend.– Melissa
It has been nearly 24 hours since I e-mailed your company with respect to my dissatisfaction with the cleaning services I requested. I have not recei I'm replying because I'm not satisfied with the cleaning. I've attached a video and pictures that shows the dirt that still remains on the floors throughout my house. The solution used left a shine right over the dirty spots on the floor. Dust on furniture, kitchen appliances, floor, etc. I'm very dissatisfied with this and I will not pay for a service this unsatisfactory. I wasn't at home when the job was completed. I requested a deep cleaning and that is what I expected to get. ved any response as to a rectification in this matter. Wendy was great and it was a pleasure having her. She fell halfway through the cleaning and we decided it was best to end early as she was shaken up. She declined any offers for 911 or the ER and said she would stay with a friend to wait out traffic. She said she had no broken bones or serious injuries, just some bruises. Happy to have Wendy come back if and when she is feeling better!– John
